Our office moved on April 1, 2025. We can be found at 13589 Peggys Cove Rd, Suite 102.

If you’re trying to schedule an appointment within 24 hours, you will need to call or email to request a specific time. Otherwise, please schedule an Initial Visit if you are new to our office or a Follow-Up session if you are returning.

NEW CLIENTS: Bring shorts and a t-shirt along with any x-ray reports and other diagnostic information to ensure treatment safety and efficiency. Your RMT will request to see those to ensure we know what to treat.

Can’t find a time that works for you? Make sure to add your name to our cancellation list in case of a last minute opening.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy with a fee that is HALF or the FULL cost of your appointment. If your late cancellation is unavoidable, please contact our office ASAP so we can make other arrangements for you. Late cancellations/no-shows prevent us from being able to offer a time to people on the wait list. Thank you for respecting this policy.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION RE: DIRECT BILLING Starting September 1, 2025, we will no longer be direct billing insurers. With ease of access to insurer apps, emailed receipts, & the increasing administrative costs related to claim submission, we have opted to discontinue this complementary service. Thank you for understanding.

Please note: Melissa DeCoste is on parental leave until January 2026.
